This week NASCAR travels north to Long Pond, Pennsylvania and the Pocono 400 as the drivers work their way around the two mile track known as The Tricky Triangle.

After three rounds of qualifying Ryan Blaney won the Busch Pole and will bring the field down for the green flag.

Stages one and two of the race are 50 laps each with stage three lasting 60 laps for a total of 160 laps around the two and a half mile track. The drivers cannot complete a stage without making at least one pit stop.

Ryan Blaney brings the field down for the green flag start of the race with Kevin Harvick starting alongside; but it is Ryan Blaney who edges out for the lead.

Lap two the top five are Ryan Blaney, Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Busch, and Jamie McMurray.

Lap three and the drivers are already getting three wide across the track.

Lap four the top five are Ran Blaney, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr, and Joey Logano

Lap five Ryan Blaney leads the race with Kyle Busch less than a quarter of a second behind.

Lap seven Ryan Blaney holds on to his lead with Kyle Busch in second; Kevin Harvick, Martin True Jr, and Joey Logano round out the top five.

Lap nine Ryan Blaney, Kyle Busch, and Kevin Harvick are battling for position; with Martin Truex Jr right behind them.

Kyle Busch had to check up to prevent hitting the wall and is now in fourth place.

Lap 10, Ryan Blaney leads the race with Kevin Harvick in second, Martin Truex Jr in third, Kyle Busch in fourth, and Joey Logano in fifth.

Lap 12 Kevin Harvick is in the lead with Martin True over a second behind; Kyle Busch, Ryan Blaney, and Joey Logano round out the to five.

Lap 15 Kevin Harvick has a one second lead on Martin Truex Jr; Kyle Busch, Ryan Blaney, and Joey Logano round out the top five.

Lap 17 pole sitter Ryan Blaney brings his car down pit road for a green flag pit stop.

Lap 18 Kevin Harvick holds his one second lead on Martin Truex Jr; Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Kurt Busch round out the top five.

Lap 20 Kevin Harvick leads the race; with Martin True Jr, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Kurt Busch rounding out the top five.

Lap 23, the top five are Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Denny Hamlin/

Lap 25, drivers continue to make green flag pit stops.

Lap 26 Jimmie Johnson has his first lead of the race as pit stops cycle through.

Lap 28, William Byron has issues getting his car going after making his pit stop.

Lap 29 Jimmie Johnson comes down pit road, giving the lead away to Brad Keselowski.

Lap 30, leader Brad Keselowski, David Ragan, and Kasey Kahne are the only drivers who have yet to make a pit stop.

Lap 31 David Ragan pits.

Lap 34 Kevin Harvick passes Kyle Busch.

Lap 35 the top five are Brad Keselowski, Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Busch, and Ryan Blaney. Brad Keselowski makes his pit stop and gives the lead over to Kevin Harvick.

Kasey Kahne in 12th is the only driver on the track who has yet to make his pit stop.

Lap 37, Kevin Harvick has a lead of less than half a second on Martin Truex Jr; with Kyle Busch, Ryan Blaney, and Clint Bowyer rounding out the top five.

Lap 39 Martin Truex Jr is slowly closing the narrow gap on leader Kevin Harvick.

Lap 42, Kevin Harvick is the leader of the race but Martin Truex Jr has caught Harvick and is challenging for the lead.

Lap 44 Martin Truex Jr passes Kevin Harvick to take the lead of the race.

Lap 46 Martin Truex Jr is in the lead with Kevin Harvick right behind him; Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Ryan Blaney round out the top five with 24 cars on the lead lap.

Joey Logano brings his car down pit road on lap 50 out of fuel. The team reports that they did not get the fuel cell full on the pit stop.

Martin True Jr wins stage one by over a second.

For making a pit stop when the pits were closed, Joey Logano will have to restart the race at the back of the field.

Taking only two tires, Brad Keselowski wins the race off of pit road. Martin Truex Jr lost several spots on pit road when the team had issues getting the tires off. He will restart the race in 14th.

Brad Keselowski will bring the field down for the green flag start of stage two on lap 57, but second place driver Kevin Harvick gets out in front to take the lead of the race.

Lap 58, the top five are Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Ryan Blaney.

Lap 60 Kevin Harvick has a lead of over a second and a half on Brad Keselowski; with Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Ryan Blaney rounding out the top five.

Lap 62, Kyle Busch passes Brad Keselowski for second with Kevin Harvick in the lead nearly three seconds ahead.

Lap 66, Kevin Harvick has pulled out to a lead of over three seconds on Kyle Busch. Brad Keselowski brings his car down pit road for a scheduled green flag pit stop.

Lap 67 the top five are Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Ryan Blaney, and Kyle Larson.

Leader Kevin Harvick has some trash on his front grillle but it does not appear to be interfering with his car.

Lap 70, Kevin Harvick holds on to his three second lead on Kyle Busch; Clint Bowyer, Kyle Larson, and Ryan Blaney round out the top five. After his slow pit stop, Martin Truex Jr has moved up to seventh place.

Daniel Suarez had to make an unscheduled pit stop due to a tire issue and is now one lap down.

Lap 72, there are 22 cars on the lead lap.

Lap 75 Kevin Harvick has a four second lead on Kyle Busch; Clint Bowyer, Kyle Larson, and Ryan Blaney round out the top five.

Drivers have begun making green flag pit stops.

Lap 78, Kevin Harvick has a lead of six seconds on Clint Bowyer as drivers continue making green flag pit stops.

Lap 79, leader Kevin Harvick makes his green flag pit stop and has an issue with one of his rear tires. Bubba Wallace takes over the lead of the race.

Lap 80, Bubba Wallace leads the race with Austin Dillon in second Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski, and Kyle Busch round out the top five.

Kevin Harvick and Austin Dillon passed Bubba Wallace on lap 85. The top five are Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Austin Dillon, Brad Keselowski, and Clint Bowyer.

Bubba Wallace was caught speeding on pit road and will have to serve a pass through penalty.

Lap 90 Clint Bowyer passes Brad Keselowski for third.

Lap 96, Kevin Harvick has a second and a half lead on Kyle Busch; Clint Bowyer, Martin Truex Jr, and Chase Elliott round out the top five.

Lap 109, the top five are Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Larson, and Ryan Blaney.

Bubba Wallace is the first driver out of the race with a blown engine.

On his last pit stop, Kurt Busch had to make a helmet change due to a radio issue.

Lap 115, Kevin Harvick has a lead of over a second on Kyle Busch; Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Larson, and Ryan Blaney round out the top five.

Lap 117, Matt DiBenedetto takes his car to the garage with a brake issue.

Lap 120 Kasey Kahne takes his car to the garage with Transmission issues

Lap 121 Kevin Harvick has a lead of just under a second on Kyle Busch; with Martin Truex Jr, Kyle Larson, and Ryan Blaney rounding out the top five.

Lap 123 Kevin Harvick continues to dominate the race with Kyle Busch in second, and Martin Truex Jr in third.

Lap 124 Derrick Cope brings out the first caution flag for an on track issue with he spins out after making contact with Kyle Larson.

With only 35 laps remaining in the race, the window is open for all drivers to make it to the end of the race after making a pit stop.

Kyle Busch wins the race off of pit road after Kevin Harvick had a traffic issue on pit road and comes out in second.

Kyle Busch brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 129 with Kyle Busch getting out in front for the lead in his patriotic M&Ms car.

Lap 130, the top five are Kyle Busch, Martin Truex Jr, Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin, and Jimmie Johnson. The drivers are getting four wide across the track.

Lap 132, Kyle Busch holds on to a narrow lead on Martin Truex Jr; Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin and Ryan Blaney round out the top five.

Chris Buescher makes an unscheduled pit stop.

With only 26 laps remaining in the race, the drivers are beating and banging as they jockey for position.

Lap 135, Kyle Busch has a third of a second lead on Martin Truex Jr with Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin, and Ryan Blaney round out the top five.

Lap 138, Kyle Busch continues to lead the race with Martin True Jr just under half a second behind; Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin, and Ryan Blaney round out the top five.

The caution flag comes out on lap 139 for debris on the track.

Aric Almirola reports that his water temps are rising.

Some drivers bring their cars down pit road for service; while other stay out. Michael McDowell got turned around coming on pit road. McDowell hit a member of Jamie McMurray’s team but the crewman says that he is fine and stays on pit road.

After leader Kyle Busch made a pit stop, Martin Truex Jr takes over the lead.

Martin Truex Jr brings the field down for the green flag restart with only 17 laps remaining in the race and holds on to the lead.

Lap 144, Martin Truex Jr has a one second lead on Kyle Larson; Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, and Aric Almirola round out the top five.

Lap 146 Denny Hamlin hits the wall hard and brings out the caution flag. Alex Bowman is also involved in the crash.

Martin Truex Jr brings the field down for the green flag restart with only 10 laps remaining in the race. Erik Jones jumps out for a pass and makes contact with Joey Logano causing Jones to spin out and bring out the caution flag.

With only six laps remaining in the race, the drivers are getting three and four wide across the track.

Four to go, and Martin Truex Jr has pulled out to a lead of nearly a second on Kyle Larson, Kyle Busch is in third with Kevin Harvick in fourth. Ryan Blaney rounds out the top five.
