Band manager Jordan Feldstein died suddenly December 22 in Los Angeles as the result of a heart attack only 10 days after turning 40.

According to the family, Feldstein himself called for assistance reporting shortness of breath but went into full cardiac arrest and paramedics could not revive him.

The long time Maroon 5 manager is also the brother of actor Jonah Hill. Friends since childhood with Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine, Feldstein has managed the band from the beginning.

The founder of Career Artist Management, Feldstein also managed artists Miguel, Elle King, Robin Thicke, Big Boi, and the contract for “The Voice” coach Adam Levine.

Before starting his own management company, Feldstein worked with ICM and Bill Leopold Management.

He was born Jordan David Feldstein on December 12, 1977 in Los Angeles.

Feldstein is survived by his children – Josh and Charlie – and siblings Jonah Hill and Beanie Feldstein.
