What do you complain about the most?

WallyWorld’s Walmart+ program was a lifesaver during Covid and continued to be a major asset, until…

My past four orders incurred numerous delays and cancellations.

Now anyone who has ever had to haul a pile of groceries home on a bus knows the hassle involved. And forget about anyone helping out!

Enter Walmart+…

And for a while it was great. But once the problems started, they snowballed (pardon the pun).

Contacting customer service is a practice in futility. ALL of their chat responses are canned and nothing more than falsehoods. They do not understand; nor are they sorry.

All I could think about was thank goodness I didn’t switch my meds over to them. I could choke to death while waiting for my asthma meds to arrive.

And as frustrated as I was over the situation…
what about a mother waiting for baby formula and food or diapers that never arrive???

Or someone else waiting on their own meds???

Their excuse…
they couldn’t find a driver!
Funny an order placed with DoorDash showed up within a couple of hours.

Talking with someone who used to be a driver for the company Walmart uses said that it was not uncommon for them to have to wait an hour or more for a worker to bring out the orders for delivery.

Sounds more like WallyWorld is far more interested in money than service.

It took three stores and two deliveries to get the same items delivered that I could have gotten in one order with NO service fees from WallyWorld!

I intend to cancel my subscription and will have to do a great deal of research to find replacements for the food and personal items I purchased each month from WallyWorld…and it is going to cost more too!

I don’t often make a big deal out of stuff or complain, but this time I think I have the right to do so.
