Australian rock icons and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers AC/DC are Powering Up for a tour next year that will include dates in both Americas and of course there are some dates in their homeland of Australia including a show New Year’s Eve back where it all began.

AC/DC played their first show on December 31 at the Chequers Nightclub in Sydney, Australia.  Since that time the band has travelled the world many times over and sold over 200 million albums – 50 million of those from album “Back to Black” – and counting.

With hearing issues tended to, Brian Johnson returns to the band to join band members Angus Young, Stevie Young, Matt Laug, and Chris Chaney for the tour.

Tickets for the Power Up tour go on sale to the general public at 10am local time on November 7.
