What public figure do you disagree with the most?

When I first saw this prompt I had to laugh; because for me it is an easy one…the current administration in the White House!

But, I don’t even know how or where to begin… He is so wrong and warped on so many levels it is impossible to even know where to start!

When a President takes office, he swears to to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. This has done everything but defend the Constitution; in fact, he has stomped on it and walked all over it violating not only the laws therein; but has disrespected every one of our forefathers and lawmakers who have had a hand in creating the sacred document.

In the United States, there are three parts to the government; all who share in running the country equally…
the executive branch sees that the laws passed are executed
the legislative branch makes the laws and passes the budget
the judicial branch ensures that the laws passed are correct and ensures that the Constitution of is followed correctly.

The current administration acts as if the executive order privilege is a replacement for Congress and has totally ignored anything the Supreme Court…or any court for that matter…he does not agree with. Currently he has violated two orders handed down from the Supreme Court.

And NO, I will not use his name unless I have no choice to do so. Like Cubans who would only stroke their chins to refer to their leader, I have only unkind names for the current resident in the White House…they are not vulgar, just unkind.

Many of his recent policies are not only hurting the U.S. standing in the global eye, but will end up decimating the country. The similarity to violent, unlawful, and down right cruel acts in the past are scary to say the least; yet he and his cult following cannot see past the noses on their faces the damage that is being done.

I do a great deal of reading, I love a good spy novel, counterespionage book, or thriller to save artifacts and history from the “bad guys”; but there are some parts of history I just cannot bear to read. Not because I deny they occurred but because of the horror they brought on the world.

I am afraid we as a nation are on the verge of seeing those acts repeated live and in person. That is reason enough to disagree…and dislike…the man in the White House and his administration.
