Last year in celebration of Geisel’s birthday, Dr. Suess Enterprises passed out 10,000 copies of “The Cat in the Hat” to babies born on March 2.

This year, in a deal even Sam I Am would love, the offer is open to anyone who was born on March 2, no matter what year who are residents of the United States.
