When multi instrumentalist and singer Sophie B. Hawkins performed on June 30, she gave a performance fitting the venue. Attired in blue jeans, a T-shirt, and flip-flops; Hawkins treated the venue…and show…as if it were a laid back gathering in her home.

The stage was set with instruments scattered about which she played during the show.

Prior to launching a solo career, the New York City native began her musical career as a percussionist. She has shared the stage with Bryan Ferry, Chris Isaak, Melissa Etheridge, and Sting.
