Racing’s most popular female driver Danica Patrick will return to the two most famous tracks in racing one last time.

On January 18, internet hosting giant Go Daddy announced that they would one again sponsor Patrick in her final two races – the Daytona 500 and the Indianapolis 500 – in 2018. Go Daddy sponsored Patrick’s cars for a total of eight seasons – two seasons of Indy racing and six seasons of NASCAR racing.

Last September Danica Patrick’s car owner Stewart-Haas Racing announced that they were no longer retaining Patrick as one of their drivers. Patrick later announced that she intended to run the two biggest races of the year before hanging up her firesuit for good.

While Patrick has yet to find a car owner to let her drive a car, the signing of a major sponsor for the car should attract some attention…and a car owner.

While she has announced that she intends to run the races, Patrick will have to qualify for those races.
